Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are collated weekly every Friday. Once processed, they will be dispatched within 10-15 working days from this date.

Delivery & Tracking
Delivery transit times are typically 1-2 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email.

Additional Delivery Charges
Certain UK postcodes, including but not limited to remote areas, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore locations, may be subject to additional delivery charges.

If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, any extra shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced retrospectively. You will be notified of any additional charges before dispatch.
