Refund policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

Return Process:
Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Returns must be shipped to the designated return address at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
